Our History
Switches Plus Components was formed when C&K Electronics and Jesec Switches Plus, amalgamated in 1997. This combined over 40 years of industry experience and made us the market leader.
Then, in November 2012, Switches Plus was acquired by the current owners, Paul and Sherston Chaplin. Their personal passion for Switches Plus has transformed the company from a purely electronics components business, to an industrial solutions business, and set it alight.

Are your products safe to use in a commercial and industrial setting?
Can I get monthly orders delivered to us?
Our favourite question! We can absolutely sort this out for you. It’s always best to plan, so send your order to sales@switchesplus.com.au and we will take care of it for you. Alternatively, give us a call on +61 03 8587 300 and talk to our friendly staff about setting up permanent monthly orders. This feature isn’t available online... yet ;)
Can I get my goods dispatched the same day?
Yes, if you place your order before 3pm, they will be dispatched the same day. If you placed your order after 3pm, your goods will be released the next day.
Can I order custom enclosures?
Yes of course you can! We can make your enclosure in many sizes and colours. We can even include custom graphics on your enclosure to make it more fitting for your application.
I am a wholesaler; can we get cheaper pricing?

I need a higher quantity product, more than you have in stock, what do I do?
Perfect question! We have many special indent items on our website and lots of stocked items. This means we can order your special items in. This can sometimes be up to a 6 week wait. Send your purchase order to sales@switchesplus.com.au to pre-order your indent item. We may have a minimum quantity, but you can discuss the finer details with our expert staff.
If an item is out of stock, how do I know when it’s coming back in?

If my goods are required urgently, can I click and collect them?
Of course! At Switches Plus we know what it feels like to need products urgently. You can place the order on our website, set delivery for click and collect and give us a call on +61 3 8587 300 with your ETA and we will have it ready for you to grab. Just give us a smile on your way out J
My product is faulty, what do I do?
Well, that’s not fun for any of us, terribly sorry about that one! We will offer you an exchange or a refund, totally up to you.
