HEAVYCON STANDARD housings are characterized by a wide range of robust housings made of die-cast aluminium and plastic with various different cable outlet directions and locking mechanisms. Whether a classic control cabinet connection, confined space, or a compact design, the three different sizes B, D, and COM offer the right interface for every application. Combine the sleeve housings with a panel-mount base, surface-mount housing, or coupling housing according to your requirements. The aluminium versions are also suitable for EMC applications.

B series HEAVYCON STANDARD housings

• The single and double locking latches enable close arrangement, flexible mounting, and easy manual replacement of connectors. The locking latches are composed of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide.
  We offer sleeve housings with straight or lateral cable outlet for all common metric and Pg thread sizes.
• The extra-large connector housings in sizes B32 and B48 accommodate two fixed-position contact inserts side by side. They are thus particularly suitable for high-position supply lines.
• High sleeve and surface-mount housings with cable outlets of up to M50 provide more room for wiring large cable diameters and wiring bundles. Perfect for applications with modular contact inserts.
• Combine the sleeve housings as required with a panel-mount base, coupling housing, or surface-mount housing as well as with modular or fixed-position contact inserts.
• The housing surfaces and seals are electrically conductive. Combined with shielded cable glands, they offer you reliable EMC protection.
