HEAVYCON STANDARD housings are characterized by a wide range of robust housings made of die-cast aluminium and plastic with various different cable outlet directions and locking mechanisms. Whether a classic control cabinet connection, confined space, or a compact design, the three different sizes B, D, and COM offer the right interface for every application. Combine the sleeve housings with a panel-mount base, surface-mount housing, or coupling housing according to your requirements. The aluminium versions are also suitable for EMC applications.

• With the HEAVYCON STANDARD D7 heavy-duty connectors, you can transmit power, signals, and data even in confined spaces. You can choose between corrosion-resistant metal housings and plastic housings with molded cable gland.
• HEAVYCON D7 panel-mount bases with screw-in thread save a significant amount of time during mounting. They are secured conveniently in round panel cutouts using an M25 or M32 counter nut or screwed into motors and devices with the corresponding thread.
• You can mount the D7 panel-mount base on the wall easily using two or four screws, depending on your requirements.
• The robust D7 housings are reliably corrosion-resistant and offer optimum protection against dust and water. The plug connection defies adverse environmental influences and is dust and water-tight up to IP67 degree of protection. This enables reliable use even in outdoor applications.
• With the RJ45 contact inserts for D7 housings, you can create your own compact and robust interface and transfer data safely and reliably at high speeds of up to 10 Gbps. The RJ45 connector sets guarantee the fast and safe cabling of your application with the qualified preselection of the components. Moreover, the slotted seal in the housing screw connection also allows pre-assembled cables to be fed in easily.
• The STANDARD housings in sizes D15, D25, and D50 now also protect your interfaces in this very narrow design. Matching contact inserts, including with Push-in connection, ensure fast installation.
