EOZ components for electronic applications

EOZ, a solutions expert, designs and manufactures electronic components compatible with all electronic boards on the market. All components offered by EOZ meet precise quality standards; they are therefore suitable for all types of applications from various sectors such as security, sound and audio equipment, or all types of robotic applications.

Leveraging this expertise combined with ongoing research, EOZ professionals offer a wide range of solutions for numerous existing applications. They support their clients through technological innovation projects. In addition, each EOZ electronic component undergoes various testing phases to ensure reliability and robustness.

Technical characteristics of EOZ switches

The mechanisms, as well as the choice of materials and aesthetics of EOZ products are the result of unique French know-how. Some EOZ switches have a resistance up to the protection index IP67, which makes it resistant to the effects of temporary immersion (up to 1m deep). For those that are not IP67, it is possible to achieve IP65 by adding a silicone cap.

These features allow EOZ switches to be used in aeronautical applications, military equipment, or even the medical sector and other outdoor applications. In addition, their electrical characteristics such as their breaking capacity, their contact resistance as well as their contact materials provide EOZ switches with high reliability.

Keyboards

EOZ, an expert in the design and manufacture of Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions, has developed various ranges of high-quality keyboards meeting all the needs of the industrial, security and automatic distribution markets.

The design of EOZ HMI keyboards allows them to operate in the most hostile environments, including those subject to humidity, dust, or even extreme temperatures (-25°C to +85°C). Some HMI keyboards are IP67 rated, which ensures temporary waterproofing against the effects of immersion. The use of stainless steel or alloys such as zamak gives them the highest level of resistance (up to IK10), making them ideal for public applications where the risk of vandalism is high. Some EOZ HMI keyboards withstand corrosive agents, chemical attacks and repeated washing, which also makes them compatible with medical instruments and petrochemical machines.

Push buttons and anti-vandal

EOZ is an expert in human-machine interfaces and offers a complete range of illuminated and non-illuminated push buttons, compatible with all existing applications on the market. All these products are available with a wide choice of tactile effects, materials, shapes and output types. The marking of the push buttons is fully customizable upon request.

All of these innovative and aesthetic solutions make it possible to make a control panel readable, functional and attractive. For each push button it will be easy to distinguish its function thanks to the numerous colors offered (notably red, blue, green, orange and yellow), as well as the multitude of backlighting types (fully illuminated, illuminated circle, central point) but also thanks to laser engraving which allows complete freedom on the desired symbol.

Illuminated Pushbuttons:light at the heart of innovation

Designed and manufactured in France, the FL.series is the world’s first line of fully illuminated miniature pushbuttons. Compact and robust, this component integrates easily into any application requiring a reliable and visible interface, even in demanding environments.

Available in Ø12 mm and Ø13.5 mm, in illuminated, non-illuminated or two-tone versions, the FL.series offers optimal readability of the operating status – a key advantage for access control, control panels, public terminals or industrial equipment.

Bimetal thermostats

Vigithermes are small, fixed-setting thermostats. They provide protection against overheating or regulate temperature to the nearest degree.

In the vigitherme, the thermostatic element is a bimetallic blade in the shape of a spherical cap, which has the property of turning over abruptly at a precise fixed temperature. The operation of the device at this temperature, determined at the design stage of the vigitherm, remains invariable. It is therefore a snap-action thermostat, unadjustable (insensitive to shock, acceleration and vibration).
