Wide range of Teeplug® connectors with UL/CSA certifications

TEEPLUG® family of plug-socket connection solutions obtain UL/CSA certifications for the North American market.

The series covered by the certification are:

Socket-plug cable-cable connections:

TH405 - UL/CSA certified in 3-pole and 5-pole versions with screw connections

TH384 - UL/CSA certified in 3-pole version with screw connections

TH387 - UL/CSA certified in 4-pole and 5-pole versions with screw connections

Panel socket-plug connections:

TH406 (28 mm hole) - UL/CSA certified in 3-pole and 5-pole versions with screw connections

TH385 (M25/M20 90° angle) - UL/CSA certified in 3-pole version with screw connections

TH387 (M20) - UL/CSA certified in 4-pole and 5-pole versions with screw connections

Certified with the highest level of weather resistance (NEMA, UL, CSA)

We have obtained UL/CSA certifications according to the Type 6/6p level, which certifies products that must withstand severe installation conditions such as prolonged immersion in water (see the table below).

High reliability of UL/CSA Techno Solutions

TEEPLUG® connection solutions are made with high-quality raw materials to ensure that their mechanical characteristics remain intact over time, even when installed in harsh environments (water and humidity, dust and debris, UV rays, chemicals, etc.).

We use PA66 GF UL94 5VA/V0/V2 type (f1) material (Yellow Paper):

PA66 GF: is the raw material Polyamide reinforced with 30% glass fiber in order to obtain better mechanical resistance, rigidity, dimensional stability and creep resistance, as well as excellent retention of wear resistance and the possibility of use at higher temperatures

5VA/V0/V2: represents the degree of self-extinguishing of the raw material. In particular, the raw materials with grade 5VA , used by Techno, are subjected to fire and self-extinguishing test levels approximately 5 times more severe than the V0 grade.

(f1): This note indicates that the material is suitable for outdoor use with respect to exposure to ultraviolet light, exposure to water and immersion according to UL 746C
