Revolutionise Panel Installations with Techno Bulkhead Connectors
TH394 is the new solution from Techno's TEETUBE® range , designed for equipment manufacturers such as, for example, manufacturers of lighting fixtures, machines and panel builders. Equipment installation times are significantly reduced thanks to TH394, a panel connector with quick spring-loaded wiring. This connector makes it possible to connect the appliance to the electrical network from the outside and therefore prevents it from opening. TH394 includes high performance on the tensile strength of the cable and is guaranteed IP66/IP67/IP68 as well as the mechanical resistance to impacts IK08.

With the use of TH394, the installation times of a device are drastically reduced compared to the use of normal cable glands, in fact, thanks to the innovative wiring technology of TH394, the electrical connection is carried out from the outside of the device for a simple and quick installation of the same.
Unmissable seals
The particular shaped design of the two-level gasket guarantees that it cannot be lost . Positioned between the panel and the locknut, it ensures that the nut positions itself perfectly on the internal side of the gasket.
Special Push-in Spring Clamp
TH394 accepts conductors with a section between 0.5 mm 2 and 2.5 mm 2 . Thanks to the special «Push-in» spring, it allows you to connect both rigid and flexible conductors and, from the internal side of the panel, even 2 conductors simultaneously per pole.
Maximum Nut Reliability
The innovative nut has anti-stagnation side slots that allow water to escape, preventing it from penetrating inside the rubber. There is also an anti-rotation mechanism of the nut which, through a notch inside the nut itself, prevents involuntary unscrewing and guarantees greater tightness.
Safety & Robustness Guaranteed
The combination of the jaws, the shaped rubber and the nut guarantees tensile strength of the cable up to 12 kg (120 N) as per the EN60598 standard.
Adaptability to other Installation Components
TH394 is particularly suitable for installation on lighting fixtures placed in humid environments, but also lends itself excellently to panel installation in control units and junction boxes, guaranteeing high flexibility, from the design phase of the system up to the field installation of the appliances.
A Version for Every Need
TH394 supports a rated current of 16A and is available in 3 and 5 pole versions. The diameter range of the usable cable is quite wide: between 7 mm and 13 mm for the 3-pole version, from 9 mm to 17 mm for the 5-pole version. Upon request it is also available in the 2-pole version.
